We take 1-3 business da​​ys to process your order, then the standard shipping time will take 3-5 business days to reach your destination for USA orders,There is also expedited shipping which will take about 2-3 business days to reach your destination. We also do special shipping request for your special orders.

For Canada orders, the standard shipping takes 6-12 business days to reach your destination. Expedited shipping will take 3-5 business days to reach your destination.

 

For International orders, the standard shipping takes 6-15 business days to reach your destination. Expedited shipping will take 5-7 business days to reach your destination.

Return & Exchange Policy

Engraved items could not be returned for any refund except the product you bought is broke or damaged when you receive the item. (usually a replacement will be sent instead of refund)
